I am not a lean manufacturing or six sigma professional.  I'm just interested in understading processes that affect me as a business person and a consumer.  I bought CTPlot beacuse it seemed to be a quick and easy way to gather data about processes that are impacting me, and do so with immediate results I can show others in real time.  It's met or exceeded all my my expectations.  It's a great app, easy to use even for a lay-person like me.  And I love the reactions I get from the people whose performance I've measured with it while they were providing a service!  Most have really appreciated the feedback.  Well done, Mobile Black Belt!  What's next?
